Fashion is for all, it can make you feel good and that’s what matters the most and can keep you young from within.

Mary Berry, a famous British food writer and television presenter aged 77 quotes, “Dress my age? No, fashion keeps us oldies young”. In this age of globalization where fashion becomes an integral part of being in a globalised village, age merely becomes just a mathematical aspect.There are many such men and women of the same opinion that fashion do not have an age barrier. When I think of fashion few names come to my mind - Jennifer Lopez, Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Aniston, Lady Gaga, Pop queen Madonna, Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt and many more. All of them have their own unique fashion sense and age doesn’t stop them from reaching towards fashion, why not we the normal citizens? 

Fashion is for all, it can make you feel good and that’s what matters. It can give you the needed confidence in this hour where self-image becomes significant. Even Doctors and few psychologists are of the opinion that Fashion is as important as sudoku and crosswords in keeping your mind young. And when your mind is young, externally you look young.

Society gifts its citizens with age, but fashion doesn’t. There’s Fashion for every age, when you’re a baby, a teenager, an adult, mother, parent and till your last breath. Fashion can and has the power to make this journey beautiful. You can dress and buy all you want, as long as you feel good about it. Famous baseball player Leroy Paige, feels age is just a question of mind over matter. If you don’t mind, it doesn’t matter.
